We started a new blog at watch.tumblr.com where we are posting cool stuff to watch every day! Go check it out.
So Chirag whipped up this Video Stream Creator page that lets you input a few details (like search terms, YouTube username, or one of our premade channels) and outputs the embed code that you can paste into Myspace, your blog, or whatever.
It’s deceptively simple, because instead of just embedding one video, you are actually embedding an entire ‘channel’ with 50 videos on that topic!
Let me know if you can’t figure out how to embed something or any creative uses you guys come up using this. I’d love to see this in action.
Going to see Iron Horse tonight in Gainesville with Chirag, Kaela and my dad. They play bluegrass covers of Modest Mouse, Shins, Led Zepplin + more. Should be awesome! Here are a bunch of bluegrass covers I put together on Chime.TV
I’m really excited to announce a new feature we’re releasing today. You can now embed anything in Chime.TV on your own site/blog/myspace.
Here’s an entire custom channel (my live-music channel):
Here’s a Direct-Channel (from 3Stooges on Veoh
To embed your own simply go to any video/channel/series and click where the red arrow is below to have it automatically copied to your clipboard:

We hope you enjoy this and look forward to creative uses you come up with!
PostSecret is an ongoing community art project in which people mail their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard. -Wikipedia
It was created by Frank Warren and has resulted in four books (one of which I have and love) and the worlds largest blog sans advertisements.
The best part is various people have compiled these postcards wth music into various themed slideshows on hope, fear, happiness, sadness and more. I’ve created a Chime.TV playlist for all these videos including a few PostSecret inspired projects and even an interview with Frank the curator.

I just added Davidville’s Channel Frederator to our Chime.TV Toon Channel.
Channel Frederator brings “together some of the world’s coolest and funniest cartoons sent in by you, the viewers, and serve them to you fresh each week”.
So if you like cartoons as much as I do, check it out!

No mention of Chime.TV but maybe the writer just has an affinity for installing apps.
I can’t count how many birthdays I had at that place.
Sidenote: http://chime.tv/c/yt/user/ANYUSER/ = dynamic channel that pulls in all videos from ANYUSER on YouTube
via Bjorn. I’ve also added his Ultra Mobile Life videos to our Techlife Channel
ps. If you add “_zoom” to any Chime.TV URL, it hides everything but the video. Great for sharing a specific video with people.
